Secure Deposit

A refundable authorization hold is required:

  • $750–$1,000 (varies by vehicle and insurance type)

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash

  • Deposits are released within 24 hours after return & inspection

Delivery & Pickup Policy

  • Delivery Hours: 6:00 AM – 9:30 PM, 7 days a week

  • After-hours delivery available with notice or an additional fee

  • Delivery Rates (One- Way)

    • 0–20 miles: $75

    • 21–45 miles: $100–$125

    • 46–80 miles: $150–$200

    • 80+ miles: Custom quote available

POLICIES

    • Fuel level must match the level shown at delivery

    • Missing fuel billed at $12.50 per 1/8 tank

    • Additional $20 convenience fee applies

  • All vehicles are GPS- and performance-monitored.

    • 1st Offense (>100 mph): Warning

    • 2nd Offense (>100 mph): $100 fine + logged incident

    • 3rd Offense (>100 mph):

      • Kill-switch activation

      • Repossession of vehicle

      • Deposit forfeiture

      • Contract termination without refund

    • Exceeding 120 mph: Immediate repossession + contract breach

    High-speed violations are a material breach reported to authorities and insurance partners.

  • Tolls are included in the rental price.

    • Mileage limit stated on rental agreement applies

    • Travel outside South Florida requires prior written authorization

    • Unauthorized long-distance travel may result in

      • Vehicle repossession

      • Deposit forfeiture

      • Contract termination

    • 30-minute grace period

    • After grace period: 1/3 of the daily rental rate per hour (up to 3 hours)

    • Beyond 3 hours without communication:

      • Deposit forfeiture

      • Contract breach

    • Absolutely no smoking in any vehicle

    • Fines may apply up to the full security deposit

    • Deposits cover incidents under $1,000

    • Major damages require a formal insurance claim

    • Deposit forfeiture applies to:

      • Unreported damage

      • Severe negligence

    • No refunds for early returns

    • Future rental credit may be offered at company discretion
